Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

No bake peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)

Directions

  • In a large saucepan, mix sugar, margarine, and milk; bring to a full, rolling boil over med heat. (full, rolling boil = large bubbles rising to surface that can't be stirred down).
  • Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter is melted; stir in oats.
  • Working quickly, drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper covered newspaper.

BANANA DROP COOKIES

BANANA DROP COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, mixed with the cinnamon

Directions:
  • sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda salt
  • add shortening mix.
  • then add eggs,bananas, vanilla and blend well.
  • drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  • bake at 400F degrees for 12 minutes.

CANDY CANE RED VELVET TRIFLE




CANDY CANE RED VELVET TRIFLE

Ingredients

  • 1Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 50mini Candy Canes
  • 1pkg. Candy Cane Hershey Kisses
  • 3Small Boxes Instant Cheesecake Jello Pudding
  • 1tsp. Vanilla
  • 16oz. Cool Whip
  • 4Cups Milk
  • 4oz. Cream Cheese

Directions

  • The Cake: Mix the Red Velvet cake according to the package. Pour into a 9x13 pan, unwrap 1/2 of the bag of candy cane Hershey Kisses and drop on top of the unbaked cake. Bake the cake according to the package. Allow to cool completely after done baking. When you cut into the cake you will notice the Kisses have dropped to the botttom of the cake.
  • The Pudding: In a large bowl empty the instant pudding and milk. Whisk for 2 minutes and set aside for pudding to thicken. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until there are no lumps. Gently fold in 2/3 of the Cool Whip.
  • Candy Canes: Unwrap the candy canes and chop them in a food processor or blender. You will want a semi-fine texture, no big chunks.
  • Assembly: Cut up or crumble the cake. Place 1/3 of the cake on the bottom of a trifle bowl. Top the cake with 1/3 of the pudding mixture. On top of the pudding sprinkle 1/3 of the crushed candy canes. REPEAT THIS PROCESS UNTIL ALL OF THE CAKE, PUDDING AND CANDY CANES ARE USED.
  • Decorate the top of the trifle as you like with left over Kisses and Candy Canes. Tie a bow around the bottom of the trifle dish for added Christmas Cheer!

Ingredients
  • 2 packages of frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 packages of frozen leaf spinach
  • 4 large cans College Inn chicken broth
  • 2 cups grated Pecorino Ramano cheese
  • 8 Large eggs


Directions
  • In a large pot pour all the chicken broth and all 4 packs of frozen spinach cook on medium heat until all spinach is separated 
  • in a separate bowl scramble 8 eggs. add the cheese to the eggs and scramble some more
  • once egg and cheese is combined add to the soup. 
  • let cook on medium heat for 30 minutes stir occasionally
  • serve with italian bread


American Spaghetti

American Spaghetti


Ingredients
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • 3 cans Campbell tomato soup (condensed)
  • 1 pound american cheese

Directions
  • cook pasta as directed on box.
  • while pasta is cooking pour all three cans of soup in a deep frying pan. (do not add milk or water to the soup)
  • slowly break up cheese and add it to the soup you must stir this mixture continuously or it will stick and burn
  • drain pasta and return to pan
  • mix soup mix in with drained pasta
TA DA!  lol quick easy and very filling. tastes great too! sometimes to make it a little different i will add garlic powder and italian seasonings. you can stretch this by adding ground meat and peppers and onions too
